Bilbao Baby!

Highlights/Fun facts:

- On Monday a few members got together with our friends in the church to have a final meal before I left Pamplona and it was so sweet! We had a great time and even though it was super hard to say goodbye I am so grateful for the friendships that I've made that will last for long after my mission šŸ«¶
- On Tuesday we met with Ana one last time and it was such a spiritual lesson. We both just teared up as I thought about how much love I feel for her and I know God has for her! I was just able to testify that her Heavenly Father knows her and even though I won't be there to keep taking care of her, I know that she will always be taking care of by Him!
- We had lunch with Nieves and her boyfriend Adrian who is meeting with the missionaries now and our favorite family Esperanza, Sara, and Valentina ❤️ We had the cutest lunch and I just love them so much!!
- On Wednesday we headed down to Madrid and I spent the next couple days waiting for my companion to get there for transfers! We had 26 new missionaries come in so I got to see so many friends who were there waiting for their new companions! Then my new companion came and I love her so much!! We got right to work planning for the transfer and I'm so excited!
- We had MLC this Friday so we got to spend the night at the mission home on Thursday and we had a great meeting! I'm excited for the future of our mission and having lots of Hermanas to love and serve šŸ’—
- We got to Bilbao Friday night and I love it so much!! There is just an exciting feeling and I have so much desire to work and there are lots of people to find here!

Miracle: 

My miracle this week was even after moving to a new area, learning how to serve as an STL, and all the things I am adjusting to, I feel so much peace! I know that the Lord will provide and even though I am not perfect and there are so many things I can improve, as I turn to the Lord, He will help me grow! I see so much joy in the friends I am meeting and the new opportunities here and so much gratitude for what I have already learned! I know this change will not be easy, but I feel so much peace ☺️

Spiritual Thought: 

We got to watch general conference this weekend and it was soo good! We really focused on talking to our friends about bringing a question to the conference and paying attention to the revelation they receive as they listen, so I decided to try it as well. As I listened there were so many instances where something stood out to me that I knew was just for me! I know that we have a living prophet who receives guidance for us in our day, and the spirit will speak to us as we earnestly seek his influence!

Hola mis queridos amigos!!  I hope you're all doing well! This week was probably one of the craziest and hardest weeks of my mission so far, but I know God gives us trials and changes to help us grow so I'm really trusting in Him right now! We received news on Tuesday during interviews that my companion Hermana Barrott is getting transferred mid transfer and she's leaving me šŸ˜­  I've been on the verge of tears all week, and I am just going to miss her so much!! 2 Months in the Mission!!

Hola mis amigos!! I have officially been on my mission for 2 months this week, and I can't believe I'm already here! Adjusting to being a missionary is not an easy thing all the time. There are moments when I feel inadequate or lost with the Spanish or super tired or hot (it's literally so hot here haha) BUT I can promise that the joy of sharing the light of Jesus Christ outweighs it all! Jesus Christ and His atonement are what keeps me going, and I know with them I can face any challenge that are sure to come my way on my mission and in my life!  This week was full of so many miracles, and I can just promise that God is in charge of this work! He uses imperfect servants like me to complete His magnificent work, and I am just filled with Joy to be a part of it! Feliz AƱo Nuevoo

Hola mis queridos amigos!! šŸ„³šŸŽ† Feliz aƱo nuevo (happy new year)!! I can't believe it's already 2025!! As I was reflecting on this year I realized that I have been a missionary for half of 2024 and it is amazing!! The time has truly flown by which kind of scares me that the rest of my mission will do the same, but I am truly so grateful for every moment so far on my mission and the people I have been able to meet and serve and love! Being a missionary is not always easy, but it is truly the most fulfilling and joyfilled work anyone could ever do and I am so excited to spend 2025 continuing to serve the people of Spain šŸ’› Highlights/ Fun facts: - This week my companions and I have really been focusing on talking to as many people as we can during our travels because between balancing lessons with friends from both areas and also trying to work with the JAs (young adults) we don't have a ton of time in our schedule to focus on finding, and we have seen so many miracles!
