Happy Mother's Day!

Hola mis queridos amigos!! 

Another week here in Bilbao and it was a full one! We got transfer news this week and I will be staying her Bilbao, but receiving a new companion, Hermana Bailey!! We have served around each other a lot throughout our missions and I'm so excited to be companions now!

It's going to be a transfer of lots of learning, but I know the Lord is going to be taking care of us every step of the way and He will guide us as we trust in Him ☺️

Highlights/ Fun facts:

- Last Monday we had district pday at the beach and we were blessed with sun and warm weather after it rained all morning!! We played volleyball on the beach and then ate dinner at the Frandsen's house which was so fun!
- I had an exchange with Hermana Pease on Tuesday and we had so much fun! We walked all over the place and met some pretty awesome people on our exchanges so it was a blast! 
- We had a couple more awesome lessons with our friend Maria this week and she is just so cute!! She is so open to learning more, is reading the Book of Mormon consistently, and watch the restoration movie! She also came to church on Sunday and loved it! 
- We had exchanges with our cute Bilbao Hermanas and I got an exchange with Hermana Kiefer!! We had a great day of teaching lessons and talking about life! I just love her 🫶
- We had a cute lunch with our recent converts in the ward this Sunday and it was so fun to just be all together on our last Sunday before things change!

Miracle: 
On my exchange of Tuesday we had the goal to talk to as many people as we could outside, so as we were waiting outside to go into a member's house we saw this family walking by and decided to stop them! They were such a cute Mom, daughter, and granddaughter from Peru and they loved our message! We also got their number and they were interested in coming to the church!

Spiritual Thought:
This week we were teaching our friend Jaz about the gift of the Holy Ghost and it just hit me the true gift it is to have his companionship 24/7! He comforts, guides, strengthens, and sanctifies us and I am so grateful for His presence in my life! 

I know the the Holy Ghost testifies of the truth and I am so grateful for the opportunity I have had to feel the power of the Spirit testifying to me that Jesus Christ livea and He is my Savior and through Him I can be healed 🫶

Hola mis queridos amigos!!  I hope you're all doing well! This week was probably one of the craziest and hardest weeks of my mission so far, but I know God gives us trials and changes to help us grow so I'm really trusting in Him right now! We received news on Tuesday during interviews that my companion Hermana Barrott is getting transferred mid transfer and she's leaving me 😭  I've been on the verge of tears all week, and I am just going to miss her so much!! 2 Months in the Mission!!

Hola mis amigos!! I have officially been on my mission for 2 months this week, and I can't believe I'm already here! Adjusting to being a missionary is not an easy thing all the time. There are moments when I feel inadequate or lost with the Spanish or super tired or hot (it's literally so hot here haha) BUT I can promise that the joy of sharing the light of Jesus Christ outweighs it all! Jesus Christ and His atonement are what keeps me going, and I know with them I can face any challenge that are sure to come my way on my mission and in my life!  This week was full of so many miracles, and I can just promise that God is in charge of this work! He uses imperfect servants like me to complete His magnificent work, and I am just filled with Joy to be a part of it! Feliz Año Nuevoo

Hola mis queridos amigos!! 🥳🎆 Feliz año nuevo (happy new year)!! I can't believe it's already 2025!! As I was reflecting on this year I realized that I have been a missionary for half of 2024 and it is amazing!! The time has truly flown by which kind of scares me that the rest of my mission will do the same, but I am truly so grateful for every moment so far on my mission and the people I have been able to meet and serve and love! Being a missionary is not always easy, but it is truly the most fulfilling and joyfilled work anyone could ever do and I am so excited to spend 2025 continuing to serve the people of Spain 💛 Highlights/ Fun facts: - This week my companions and I have really been focusing on talking to as many people as we can during our travels because between balancing lessons with friends from both areas and also trying to work with the JAs (young adults) we don't have a ton of time in our schedule to focus on finding, and we have seen so many miracles!
