Bye Bye Bilbao
We had another great week here in Bilbao, and saw a lot of great miracles! Then on Saturday we got transfer news and I found out it was my last week in Bilbao I am headed down to Madrid in a place called Torrejón de Ardoz!! My new companion is Hermana Shoetz and I'm super excited!! Goodbyes are always hard, but I'm learning to appreciate change and the opportunity to grow!
Highlights:
- On Monday we went and visited Sonia and her mom Vicky for her birthday party!! She is absolutely adorable and I just love her
We ate cake and had a dance party in their kitchen and it was awesome!

- On Tuesday we had exchanges and I got to spend with my amazing MTC companion Hermana Holbrook! It was also the day we hit one year on the mission so it was so fun being together again a year after we first become comps!
- On Wednesday we had district council at the Frandsen's house and they made us delicious Japanese food that Elder Frandsen learned how to make on his mission! They are soo sweet

- We had exchanges on Thursday and I got to spend the day with Hermana Randall! I absolutely love her and she just spreads joy and positivity wherever she goes so it was such a fun day!!
- We were also able to have another lesson with our new friend Alis and our recent convert Alicia and they are now best friends!! They literally hang out almost every day and on Friday we decided to go to the park to do some calls and as we were sitting on the bench they both walked up!! We sat and chatted for a while and they are just so cute!
- We also met with Jaz again on Thursday and she is the best!! I just love her so much and I am so proud of the progress she is making to grow closer to her Savior and follow Him!
- I had my last Sunday in Bilbao and said goodbye to my dear friends here! I have grown to love this ward and this area so much and I am so grateful for the time I have been able to spend here!
Miracle: This week as a zone we had a huge focus on finding people to teach through our English class that we teach every week. So, I decided to message people that are in the group chat who haven't come in a while and ask if they were still interested. I messaged a girl named Emmari and she mentioned she was still interested and after I asked, she said she would be interested in hearing more about Jesus Christ! We were able to meet with her after class on Saturday and she is so cute and faithful! She came to church on Sunday and we are meeting again this week! So awesome!
Spiritual Thought:
This week I was reading in the New testament and I came across a verse that was exactly what I needed to hear.
Galatians 6:9,
"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."
Sometimes as a missionary and in life it can be hard to keep serving with all your might when you don't see the results or blessings that you want, but this scripture reminded me that God has a plan and if we keep working hard wirh faith, we will blessed in His timing

I love you all so much! Thank you to everyone who has reached out, it makes my day!!
