Hola mis queridos amigos!! Another week down and this one just flew by!! I'm still working away here in Móstoles and I love it! I know a lot of people say this about their first area, but Móstoles truly is a blessed place and I never want to leave! Highlights/ Fun facts: - We taught a lot of the lessons to prepare our friends for their baptisms this week, and they are lessons that I had never taught especially not it Spanish which was super interesting but we made it through with only a few hiccups haha (explaining tithing is a little rough in another language 😅) however thankfully all of our friends are still on track to be baptized on their dates and I am so excited for them!! - Our friend Adriana works as a driver on the night shift, so she doesn't get home until early in the morning and it's really hard for her to get up in the morning especially for 10am church. Hola mis queridos amigos!!  Another week in the books, and this was the craziest and honestly one of the most stretching and growth filled weeks of my life! I said goodbye to my wonderful trainer Hermana Hunsaker who's headed off to be an STL in the canary islands and welcomed my new companion Hermana Haslam! I picked her up on Wednesday and we got right to work! It's my first time leading out the area so I'm learning, but it's super awesome! We have a lot of really lovely progressing friends right now so we spend a lot of our days just going around to all our lessons which is actually really crazy but fun!! Even though it's pretty stressful at times, I have already seen so much growth in teaching, contacting, my Spanish, but most importantly my relationship with Jesus Christ! I have had to say a lot of prayers this week and rely on Him for everything, and I know He has been with me every step of the way strengthening me and helping me find the JOY in it all 😁 High...

Hola mis queridos amigos!!  We had a super crazy week with a bunch of miracles and it was amazing!! We also got transfer news this week, and Hermana Hunsaker is leaving me for the Canary Islands 😢 It is definitely really sad to see her go, but I am excited to have a new transfer here in Móstoles with my new comp Hermana Haslam!! Highlights/ fun facts: - It is officially fall here in Spain and it's definitely sweater weather!! It was raining at the start of the week, but we had planned to heart attack some of our members and friends, so we got our umbrellas and went out anyways! We were actually super blessed because we were able to get into all the apartment building without any of them finding us out! - We had a lesson with our amazing friend Luisa and she accepted a date to be baptized!! Hola mis queridos amigos!! This week was absolutely fantastic!! We had some amazing opportunities to see our friends choosing to progress and grow closer to Christ and that is by far my favorite part of my mission! The gospel of Jesus Christ is JOYFUL! I also turned 20 this Saturday, and it was amazing! I had a really awesome day and felt so loved! Highlights/ Fun facts: - We had a lesson with Consuelo and her son Antonio this week, and they both accepted the invitation to be baptized next month!!! The spirit was soo strong during the lesson as we taught about the gospel of Jesus Christ and baptism, and when we asked Consuelo if she was willing to be baptized, she looked at us with tears in her eyes and said yes! Let's just say there wasn't a dry eye in that lesson 😊 I seriously love their family sooo much it amazes me, and I am soo excited for them!! - We had exchanges this week so Hermana Sowards came to Móstoles on Friday and I got to lead out the area for a day!
